Saints Sport have a range of learning and development opportunities offer a range of subjects, delivered through a variety of methods including e-learning and webinars with most the training listed are free for students. Some are delivered by Saints Sport staff and others by partners such as Active Advantage and CEED.
If there are any course not listed, and would develop you or your club, please let us know. We understand that some development courses are costly, and we have therefore created a range of funding opportunities for both individuals and clubs to access.

About: Throughout your working life you will likely have to negotiate a number of work-place transitions. Some might be positive e.g earning a promotion, and others less so. The chances are that at some point you will have to deal with a restructure, new way of working, people joining or leaving your team, projects expanding or contracting etc. This lecture will look at some of the common workplace transitions and highlight some common responses to these. You will have a chance to think about how best you can deal with these transitions when they happen, and how your own approach will affect those around you.
